If you’ve purchased one of our paid plugins and you’d like to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, please reach out to us within 14 days using one of the methods described on this page.
Request refund via email
You may send us a request refund via email. The easiest way to do so is to reply to one of the two emails you’ve received after your purchase. Both of them contain all the information we need to process your request and we’ll do so within 24 hours (excluding weekends and official holidays).
Alternatively, you may also use our dedicated billing form on our contact page to request a refund. However, if you do so, please include your billing email and license key (received via email) as well to confirm your identity and help us easily identify your purchase.
Request refund via your account
After your purchase you’ve also received an email with your Freemius credentials. You may use the same credentials to log in into our website to get premium support and to manage your purchases.
After successfully logging in here, you’ll be redirected to our store’s Freemius dashboard. There you may request a refund via the Support tab:
Similarly to requests via email, requests submitted via your account will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
