If you’re having trouble logging in, it might be because you’ve forgotten your billing email and/or password. While we can’t do much about the former, you can reset your account password as long as you have access to your billing email.
Keep in mind, however, that your credentials to our website are one and the same as your Freemius credentials. If you’re using a password manager, your credentials might be saved under the Freemius URL or the URL of a different plugin/theme provider.
